Terms of use

Agreement

By accessing or using Moji (“the Service”), provided by Frequency AI Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England and Wales (company number 16990328), you agree to these terms. If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Moji runs the agent swarms your team defines in its own repository. Moji prices each job before it starts, checks the output of each step, retries or sends back a step that fails, and records every step with who did it.

Your agents run on machines you control, under the Claude, Codex or other provider logins you give them. You can run Moji on your own infrastructure. We can also host Moji for your team, by invitation.

We provide the Service “as is”. We may update, change or discontinue it, and we give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Early access

Moji is in early access, and we are opening it to a small number of teams first. Features, limits and pricing may change during early access. Your order sets out what applies to your team.

Eligibility

Moji is a service for businesses. You must be at least 16 years old and authorised to use the Service for your organisation. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements and can enter into these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure:

• You keep your sign-in details and access tokens safe.
• You answer for all activity under your account, including the work your agents do through it.
• You tell us promptly if you think someone has gained access to your account.

You must give accurate information when you register.

Your code, data and results

You keep full ownership of your repositories, swarm files, inputs and the results your agents produce. We claim no intellectual property rights over them. We do not use them to train models, and we do not sell them.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content only to provide the Service, including to:

• Run your swarm files and record each job’s state, results, checks and costs
• Keep the record of who did what and when, for the period set in your agreement
• Use job metadata to measure how well the Service works

This licence ends when you stop using the Service. Our privacy policy and our data processing agreement cover any personal data in your content.

Your agents and providers

You are responsible for your accounts with the AI providers and tools your agents use, and for following each provider’s terms. Your agents act under your logins and permissions, and using Moji does not change your obligations to those providers.

You decide what each swarm may change. You are responsible for reviewing work before you rely on it or release it, including work an agent finishes while Autopilot is on and no person approves each job.

Pricing and billing

We agree pricing with you and set it out in your order, along with the billing period. Example figures on our website are illustrations and are not a quote.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You may not:

• Use the Service for an unlawful purpose or to process unlawful content
• Run a security swarm against any system you do not own or have written permission to test
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with, disrupt or put unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials or let others use your account
• Use the Service to get around the terms, rate limits or access controls of any AI provider
• Send viruses, malware or other harmful code through the Service

Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We announce scheduled maintenance in advance when we can. We give support by email on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Intellectual property

The Moji name, logo, visual identity and all software in the Service belong to Frequency AI Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without our written permission.

Third-party services

Your agents use AI providers, code hosts and other tools that you configure, and we rely on infrastructure providers to run the Service. Their own terms govern your use of them. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, output or conduct.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Frequency AI Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages from your use of the Service or your inability to use it. That includes AI provider charges, downtime, model output and actions your agents take under your logins. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Frequency AI Ltd and its officers, directors and employees against any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these terms or your breach of anyone else’s rights, including an AI provider’s terms.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. When you close it, we permanently remove all personal data we control within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, as our privacy policy describes. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, with notice where we can. Your right to use the Service ends when your access ends.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We tell you about material changes by email or with a notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in full effect.
